Natural rubber
is the basis of success
Unlike thermoplastics, rubber is a molecularly networked material that guarantees permanent elasticity. In addition to natural rubber, synthetic rubber also plays an ever increasing role in the production of rubber.
For our products we mainly use synthetic rubber, e.g. SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), which is characterised by good resistance to chemicals and is less sensitive to weathering than natural rubber. BR retains its shape and elasticity for many years and is used over a temperature range of -25° to + 95°C. Furthermore we also use EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber) as a raw material with even greater weathering resistance and is able to withstand temperatures of up to +120°C.
