We are proud to look back over more than 30 years of experience and growth in the field of elastomer sealing systems and have our eyes firmly fixed on the future. Entrepreneurial and technical skills, the right instinct for market developments, social competence and last but not least our solidity are matured, historical values. They are an element of our corporate culture which forms the basis for the exciting development and ultimately the success of our company. Some important milestones along our path were:
| 1978 | Foundation of M.O.L. Gummiverarbeitung GmbH in Vechta. |
| 1983 | Relocation to the current site in the Gutenbergstrasse, launch of the first double-lip seal with reinforcing ring (PP). |
| 1991 | Commencement of rubber profile extrusion. |
| 1994 | Foundation of M.O.L.-Elastomertechnik, Turkey. |
| 1996 | 1996 Certification of the quality assurance system in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9002. |
| 1999 | Completion of the 4th production shop for injection moulding. |
| 2002 | Relocation of the finished goods warehouse to a new logistics building. |
| 2003 | Certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. |
| 2004 | Inauguration of a sales office in Russia, commencement of co-extrusion. |
| 2005 | Completion of the 5th production shop for injection moulding. |
| 2006 | Completion of the new administration office building. |
| 2008 | Completion of a new production shop. |
| 2009 | Start-up of fully automatic sealing ring packing lines. |
| 2010 | Extension of the extrusion section by a UHF production line. |
| Certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. |
